Dempsey Law Firm is pleased to welcome Heath Mynsberge as an Associate Attorney to the law firm.
Attorney Mynsberge intends to have a general practice with emphasis in civil litigation, business and commercial law, taxation, and labor and employment law. He is a 2010 cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School. While in law school, he participated in the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition. Attorney Mynsberge also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Thomas J. Gritton of Winnebago County. He has been admitted to practice in Wisconsin, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Eastern and Western U.S District Courts and the U.S. Tax Court.
Daniel J. Posanski Elected Partner at Dempsey, Williamson, Kelly & Hertel, LLP
Dempsey Law Firm is pleased to announce that Daniel J. Posanski has been elected to the partnership.
Mr. Posanski is a 2003 graduate of the Hamline University School of Law and has been with the Dempsey Law Firm since 2002.
“Dempsey Law enjoys a highly regarded reputation throughout the Fox River Valley, and it is an honor to have become a partner in the firm,” Posanski said. “I am pleased that my fellow partners recognized the quality of my work, “he added.

Dan and his wife Jen have two children and make their home in Oshkosh. He is committed to serving the community, having participated in Leadership Oshkosh, and he serves on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of Oshkosh, Inc., and the Oshkosh Rotary Club.
